Draft · Last reviewed September 20, 2026 · Effective date and governing law: pending

Using dishreveal

dishreveal provides a browser-based workspace for restaurant teams to manage menu content and optional 3D/AR dish experiences. Guests can browse published menus without creating a dishreveal account.

These terms are draft product language. They are not effective until the legal entity, contracting model, launch jurisdictions, and governing law are approved.

Restaurant accounts and access

  • Restaurant users must provide account information they are authorized to use.
  • Account credentials and session links must be kept private.
  • Restaurant owners are responsible for inviting or authorizing team members and for activity under their workspace.
  • Do not bypass authentication, test against another restaurant’s data, or share private model/storage URLs.

Restaurant content

The restaurant is responsible for the menu content it submits and publishes, including names, descriptions, prices, availability, ingredients, allergens, dietary claims, images, and model accuracy. The restaurant must have the rights and permissions needed to provide uploaded images and other content.

Dish information is not medical advice. Guests with allergy or dietary concerns should confirm details with restaurant staff.

Generated models and service limits

3D and AR outputs are generated from restaurant-provided inputs and may contain inaccuracies, missing surfaces, incorrect scale, or processing failures. They are visual references, not guarantees about portion, measurement, ingredients, preparation, or what will be served.

Menus remain usable when a model is unavailable. The service may change, pause, or remove features while reliability, safety, or provider dependencies are addressed.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload malware, unlawful material, private information about another person, or content you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not probe, overload, scrape private endpoints, defeat access controls, or use the service to harm another person or business.
  • Do not treat generated output as a substitute for food-safety, allergen, accessibility, or legal obligations.

Intellectual property and changes

Restaurants retain responsibility for the content and permissions they provide. dishreveal retains responsibility for its software, brand, and service materials, subject to any written agreement that says otherwise.

The final terms will define licenses needed to operate the service, suspension and termination, warranties and liability limits, dispute handling, governing law, and how changes are communicated.
